ELPAC email update, October 28, 2021.

Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:

To collect adequate information on all the test questions administered in the Alternate ELPAC operational field test, eligible students in kindergarten and grades one and two (K–2) will be assigned to take only form 1 of this assessment. No other grade levels are affected by this change. The Forms Assignment for the 2021–22 Alternate ELPAC Operational Field Test Administration web page has been updated to include this change in its search tool.

LEAs that already have ordered form 2 picture cards for K–2 students will be shipped form 1 replacement picture cards; the form 2 picture cards should not be used when testing K–2 students. Training binders are unaffected.

This decision was made based upon current Alternate ELPAC operational field test registrations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this late change.
