Initial ELPAC: Resolved - Student Results and Reporting for 2019–2020
ELPAC email update, October 27, 2020.
Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:
On October 16, 2020, local educational agencies (LEAs) were informed of an issue discovered—during the LEA preview of results—that affect the end-of-year reporting files for the 2019–2020 Initial ELPAC that are currently available for download in the Test Operations Management System (TOMS) . This issue has been resolved.
Resolved: Some student demographic information provided in the end-of-year files was not updated with the latest student demographic information received from the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System at the end of the 2019–2020 Initial ELPAC testing window. This issue is resolved.
- The Initial ELPAC Student Score Data Report and the Initial ELPAC Electronic Summary Report in TOMS now include updated student demographic information.
- The California Department of Education (CDE) will be notifying LEA ELPAC coordinators about the second embargoed preview window for the Initial ELPAC results by 10 a.m. on October 28, 2020.
