CAASPP and ELPAC Office Hours

Dear LEA CAASPP Coordinator or LEA ELPAC Coordinator:
As testing season begins, ETS would like to assist coordinators as they prepare for testing. We will be holding ETS Office Hours on Friday, November 3, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The ETS Office Hours session is an all-day Zoom meeting that coordinators can enter and leave as needed. Coordinators can join the meeting and ask questions or get assistance in areas such as the following:
- Setting CAASPP Test Assignment Windows
- Uploading test settings
- Uploading TOMS users
- Verifying that users have signed forms
- Understanding LEA TOMS reports
- Other topics
ETS will have staff members ready to answer your questions and will use breakout rooms for multiple ongoing conversations. If all ETS staff members in the session are engaged, you will have the option to wait for assistance or leave the meeting and return at another time that is convenient for you.
On Friday, Nov 3, you can access the November 3 Office Hours Zoom meeting 
using the hypertext link. While preregistration is not required, please help us staff accordingly by letting us know when you might join in by completing the Time Survey .
