Access code for 〈LEA〉: 〈passcode〉
As a coordinator you need to:
- Complete the appropriate LEA certification course by December 3, 2021.
- Give trainers and test examiners the appropriate enrollment key(s).
- Ensure that all test examiners have a Moodle account. (User accounts from previous administrations are still active.)
- Request reporting access for up to three trainers.
- Ensure test examiners know which grade level or grade span Speaking calibration section they should complete.
- Verify that test examiners have completed calibration by obtaining the completion certificate from the test examiner or by verifying in Moodle
.
Moodle Training Site User Guide: A quick start guide is available to help LEA coordinators, trainers, and test examiners with navigating the Moodle site.
Test Examiner Speaking Calibration Certificate: The LEA ELPAC coordinator, or a designee, is responsible for overseeing test examiners' calibration progress and completion. For the Summative ELPAC, both new and experienced test examiners must calibrate annually and will be emailed a certificate of completion upon successful completion of calibration, which they should email to their coordinator. The Examiner's Resource course is set up by grade level or grade span and examiners will receive a calibration certificate by grade level or grade span to share with the LEA ELPAC coordinator as proof of passing the Speaking calibration requirements. Test examiners need only calibrate the grade levels or grade spans they are administering and scoring.
District Trainer Moodle Account and Reporting Access: To gain reporting access and view test examiner progress through the Speaking calibration, the LEA ELPAC coordinator must submit the names and email addresses of the LEA ELPAC trainers responsible for monitoring. To identify the LEA ELPAC trainer, the LEA ELPAC coordinator must log on to the AST site , select the [Summative Moodle Training Site] button, and complete the LEA Trainer Reporting Access - Summative section. Each LEA may provide reporting access for up to three trainers.
Form Assignments: Form assignments for the 2021–22 Summative ELPAC administration are now available on the Forms Assignment for the 2021–22 Summative ELPAC Administration web page. Use the lookup tool to search for an LEA to find out which form number the LEA has been assigned.
Questions regarding training and administration of the Summative ELPAC can be submitted via the Questions and Comments link in the certification courses and the Trainer's Resource section in Moodle .
