Dear California Educator:
On behalf of the California Department of Education (CDE), the Sacramento County Office of Education invites you to attend a new webinar—Making Elementary Science Sizzle with Tools for Teachers. This webinar will be held on November 9, 2021, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and is intended for all local educational agency staff, including administrators and classroom educators.
Join members of the CDE and three special guests as they highlight the new elementary science instructional resources now available in Tools for Teachers. With these easy-to-use resources, your elementary science lessons will really SIZZLE! Hear first-hand from the California educators who developed the lessons and listen in as they share best practices for NGSS-aligned science instruction. The webinar will include a general overview of the science resources available on the Tools for Teachers website, feature interviews with three California educators, and end with a question-and-answer session.
