Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:
Initial ELPAC DFAs Updated with a New DEI Link
The Directions for Administration (DFAs) were updated in TOMS on September 12, 2022 to replace the URL for the Data Entry Interface (DEI). Please update any bookmarks saved for the DEI as the old link will no longer work beginning October 31, 2022.

If the LEA plans to use the DFAs electronically, please download the updated DFAs by selecting the [Resources] tab in TOMS . If the LEA has already printed the DFAs, no further action is needed.
