ELPAC email update, July 14, 2023.

Dear LEA CAASPP Coordinator or LEA ELPAC Coordinator:

The California Educator Reporting System (CERS) will be unavailable from Thursday, July 27, 2023, at 5 p.m. to Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at 8 a.m. for a scheduled downtime. In addition, the following CAASPP and ELPAC systems will be unavailable from Friday, July 28, 2023, at 5 p.m. to Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at 8 a.m. for a scheduled downtime:

• Test Operations Management System
• Test Delivery System
• Test Administrator Interface
• Completion Status system
• Interim Assessment Viewing System
• Teacher Hand Scoring System

Additional information about the impacted systems and other scheduled downtimes is available on the CAASPP Planned System Downtime and ELPAC Planned System Downtime web pages. Please notify all CAASPP test site coordinators and site ELPAC coordinators within the LEA of the upcoming downtime.
