ELPAC email update, June 15, 2023.

Dear LEA CAASPP Coordinator or LEA ELPAC Coordinator:

We are happy to announce the Coffee Sessions for the 2023–24 administration! Coffee Sessions are dedicated to answering questions from testing coordinators and providing timely assessment updates. Starting in July, staff from the California Department of Education and ETS will host these sessions monthly to support LEAs in the administration of the 2023–24 CAASPP and ELPAC.

Dates for 2023–24

Coffee Sessions will be held from 2–3 p.m. on the following dates:

• July 11, 2023
• August 8, 2023
• September 12, 2023
• October 17, 2023
• November 14, 2023
• December 12, 2023
• January 9, 2024
• February 13, 2024
• March 12, 2024
• April 9, 2024
• May 14, 2024
• June 11, 2024
