Summative ELPAC: Submit K–12 Speaking Domain Scores Before the Testing Window Closes May 31, 2023
Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:
The previous email sent had an incorrect subject line. The content of the email was correct. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. This email has the corrected subject line.
As we near the end of the Summative ELPAC testing window on May 31, 2023, we remind LEA coordinators to ensure that all outstanding scoring for the grades Kindergarten through twelve Summative ELPAC Speaking scores be entered into the Data Entry Interface (DEI) by the May 31 deadline.
To assist LEA coordinators with this task, the following information includes the number of students assigned the Speaking domain in the Test Delivery System (TDS), and the number of Speaking scores that have been entered into the DEI as of May 12, 2023, 6 a.m.
Students completed Speaking in TDS: [insert]
Speaking scores entered in DEI: [insert]
To find students that need DEI entry, run the ELPAC Student Completion Status Report for Summative ELPAC in the Test Operations Management System (TOMS). If the student shows completed in the Speaking (K-12 TDS) Test Status column, they need to also show completed in the Speaking (K-12 Online DEI) Test Status column.

Sincerely,
California Outreach Team
