CALPADS Scheduled Downtime Delayed to April 6, 2022

Dear LEA CAASPP Coordinator, LEA ELPAC Coordinator, or Technology Coordinator:
The previously announced CALPADS downtime has been delayed and will now be unavailable from Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 5 p.m. to Monday, April 11, 2022, at 5 p.m.
Changes to student information must be posted in CALPADS at least 48 hours prior to the downtime to allow adequate time for the updates to be sent to TOMS and take effect in the test delivery system. Changes posted in CALPADS after 5 p.m. on April 4 will not be delivered to TOMS until after CALPADS resumes. Important changes can include enrollment and student demographic updates, as well as updates to a student's individualized education program status, Section 504 plan status, English language acquisition status (ELAS), or grade level.
Also note that if a student's ELAS is changed due to a completed Initial ELPAC during this downtime, the ELAS will not change in CALPADS until after the downtime. For students with an English Learner status, the Summative ELPAC will be available approximately 48 hours after CALPADS resumes.
Note: LEAs will still be able test students already in TOMS during the CALPADS downtime.
