Reminder Action Required: 2020-21 Computer-based Summative ELPAC LEA Training Certification and Status
ELPAC email update, March 4, 2021.
Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:
The Summative ELPAC Administration and Scoring Training opened on October 19, 2020, in the Moodle Training Site . Annual training for the Summative ELPAC is required for each local educational agency (LEA). Our records indicate that the LEA ELPAC coordinator or a designee has not completed a 2020–2021 Summative ELPAC LEA Certification, either the kindergarten through grade twelve course or the grades six through twelve course as of March 2, 2021.
Reminders:
- A certificate of completion is provided at the end of the course in the Moodle Training Site
which marks the LEA training requirement as completed.
- LEA ELPAC coordinators responsible for multiple LEAs should alert the Sacramento County of Education (SCOE), via an email to elpac@scoe.net so that the certification requirement can be tracked accordingly.
- LEAs that have not completed the certification course and have a Memorandum of Understanding with another LEA to administer the Summative ELPAC to their eligible students must provide additional information in the training certification form.
Please respond as soon as possible to the 2020–2021 Summative ELPAC Training Certification Form to provide an update on the completion status of this LEA requirement.
If you have recently completed the training and have received your certificate of completion, please disregard this reminder.
Questions regarding the Summative ELPAC training can be directed to SCOE by email at elpac@scoe.net.
Sincerely,
