Dear LEA ELPAC Coordinator:
The 2021–22 Summative ELPAC administration window opens on February 1, 2022. This email contains resources needed to prepare for the administration of the Summative ELPAC.
Summative ELPAC Online Test Administration Manual
To prepare LEA ELPAC coordinators, site ELPAC coordinators, and ELPAC test examiners, the Summative ELPAC Online Test Administration Manual 
was updated.This manual contains information and instructions about test preparation and the administration of the Summative ELPAC. Two new chapters were developed: the "Remote Testing" chapter and the "Paper–Pencil Test Administration" chapter.
Accessing Summative ELPAC DFAs: View Electronically, Print, or Order DFAs
In-person and remote Directions for Administration (DFAs), including remote addendums for grades three through twelve, can be accessed electronically in the Test Operations Management System (TOMS) , or DFAs can be printed and securely stored just prior to testing. LEAs also have the option of ordering printed ELPAC DFAs for specified grade levels or grade spans at an additional cost. Further information is posted on the ELPAC Fee-based Services web page on the ELPAC website.

Summative ELPAC Quick Reference Guides and Flyers
A variety of quick reference guides are available to assist LEAs in preparing for test administration. These can be found on the Quick Reference Guides and Videos web page on the ELPAC website.
Complete the Summative ELPAC Speaking Certification Course
Test examiners must complete Summative ELPAC Speaking certification for the grade levels or grade spans they are administering in the Moodle Training Site prior to administering the test.
Summative ELPAC Forms Assignment
Use the lookup tool on the ELPAC Forms Assignments web page to search for an LEA; the search returns the form number to which the LEA has been assigned.
Summative ELPAC Estimated Testing Times
Students are allowed as much time as needed to complete the test. The Summative ELPAC Estimated Testing Time web page provides estimated testing times for each form, by domain and grade level or grade span.
